Pipedrive syncs two ways with Google Calendar. It works well — right up until two people sync the same shared calendar, at which point you get duplicate events forever.

Never sync a shared team calendar from more than one Pipedrive user. Each user's sync creates its own copy of every event, and Pipedrive has no way to know they are the same meeting. You end up with three identical activities on one deal, and any report that counts activities becomes worthless. One shared calendar, one syncing user.
