Pipedrive Integrations

Connect Pipedrive to your stack. An isolated CRM is an underutilized CRM.

โฑ๏ธ TL;DR: Pipedrive integrates natively with 300+ tools via the Marketplace. For advanced integrations, use Make.com or Zapier. Priority: email (Gmail/Outlook), calendar, communication (Slack), and your prospecting tool.

The Pipedrive Marketplace

Pipedrive has a Marketplace with 300+ ready-to-use integrations. Most are free or included in your subscription.

Access: โš™๏ธ Settings โ†’ Marketplace (or marketplace.pipedrive.com)

Main categories:

  • Email & Communication โ€” Gmail, Outlook, Slack
  • Calendar & Scheduling โ€” Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar
  • Phone โ€” Aircall, Ringover, JustCall
  • Prospecting โ€” Lemlist, Apollo, Kaspr
  • Billing โ€” Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero

The Pipedrive API

For developers or custom integrations, Pipedrive offers a complete REST API.

What the API Allows

  • Create, read, update, delete all entities
  • Listen to webhooks (real-time events)
  • Build custom apps
  • Sync with internal tools

Getting Your API Key

Settings โ†’ Personal preferences โ†’ API โ†’ Copy the Personal API token

โš ๏ธ Security

Never share your API key. It gives access to all your Pipedrive data.

Webhooks

Webhooks let Pipedrive send real-time notifications to your server when events occur (deal created, deal won, etc.).

Configuration: Settings โ†’ Webhooks โ†’ "+ Create webhook"

Common Integration Mistakes

โŒ Too many integrations

Each integration is a point of fragility. Only install what you really need.

โŒ No testing before deployment

Always test with dummy data. A misconfigured integration can create hundreds of duplicates.

โŒ Forgetting maintenance

OAuth tokens expire, apps get updated. Regularly verify everything works.

โŒ Inconsistent data

If two tools modify the same data, you'll have conflicts. Define a source of truth.
